Too often, floating above the city in my abode, I forget to actually go experience the raw beauty Boston has to offer. But on Friday, I unplugged from my computer and decided to just walk. I wandered around the city for almost three hours, not answering any texts, ignoring facebook and instagram pings, simply listening to my music and taking pictures. It's nice, in a world of chaos and constant interaction, to be alone sometimes.
I'm getting to a point in this semester where I think I'm very happy. My course load isn't as heavy as last semester, and I'm thinking about getting a job to have some extra money. There's a routine in my life, and friends, and places to go and people to see. I'm still not sure whether I'm staying at MassArt or not, but, I don't know, I'm very at peace with everything. It's nice.

Good day and God bless :)
Oh my god that third to last photo is to die for! Beautiful pictures :)
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous! I love the sun-kissed shots most. This sounds like a fun almost-three-hours.
ReplyDeleteThese are truly beautiful! I feel like a broken record, always sayin' your photos are beautiful, but I really mean it! They're slightly haunting even. My favourite thing to do in the entire world is go on long walks/hikes alone. It just needs to be done sometimes. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou and the camera are a perfect match, these are beautiful. Aww your paragraph is so heart warming glad you're in a good place :D
ReplyDeleteJust Smile.
